2022 – Cancer Survivor Beauty and Support Day™

Pivot Point has proudly supported Cancer Survivor Beauty and Support Day™ since 2008. Our Academy offers at this international event complimentary selected services to cancer survivors on

June 7th, 2022.

Complimentary Appointment Student Salon, SPA and Barber Clinic

Pivot Point Academy is volunteering to offer any of 2 services complimentary on this day for cancer survivors. Cancer Survivors are able to book any services in our Student Salon, Spa and Barber Clinic on June 7th, 2022. We are open from 9:30 am to 10:00 pm.

All work is performed by our Barber, Cosmetology and Esthetic students under the close supervision of their trained and licensed instructors.

Cancer Survivor Beauty and Support Day™ have been in existence since 2003 and since 2009 permanently recognized by honorary proclamation in the Congressional Records by the United States House of Representatives.  Resolution #494 and in May 2018 an updated Resolution #904.

The last year’s recap

We had the 2021 Cancer Survivor Day at Pivot Point Academy in Bloomingdale, IL. Guests joined our student salon, barber floor, and spa to enjoy and experience great services from our students under the supervision of experienced educators. A big thank you to our Cancer Survivor Guests for celebrating the day with us!
